We use state of the art machines like WIDMA ECOGRID LX5+ tool cutters and grinders, optical profile grinders which give accuracies up to 0.1 micron to make solid carbide, carbide tipped & carbide lugged tools. These tools are multi-operation tools which effectively reduce cycle time, increase productivity and reduce the component cost resulting in considerable saving to our customers. We offer complete tooling proposals for block and head machining ,differential cases, steering knuckle, transmission case and cover , crankshaft, con rod, rocker arm, axle arm and many other special applications.
